Bohus Fortress is a ruin mostly exposed to the open sky, with a ground surface that is rocky and uneven. Therefore, wear clothes and shoes suitable for this environment.

For safety reasons, certain areas of the fortress are closed off. Unfortunately, this means limited accessibility for those with strollers or in wheelchairs. Please also note that children must always be accompanied by an adult due to safety risks.

Our spaces can be rented for weddings, concerts, and private gatherings.

Our opening hours and entrance fees may change during major events.

Annual passes are valid for the rolling calendar year starting from 2023. The annual passes cover the regular entrance fee, so the price difference will be added during events with an increased entrance fee.
