Personal data

Fästningsholmens Event AB collects and stores this information in the systems we use in the company such as systems for invoicing at events etc. in clubs and when buying tickets online. We do not spread any names without your consent but need to ask for your consent under GDPR. Fästningsholmen Events CEO Jan-Erik Axelsson is responsible for personal data. 1. EXPLANATION
The data subject consents to the processing and publication of his or her personal data by the controller in accordance with this agreement.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The controller may process the following personal data in its internal systems: names, social security numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, images, videos.

3. PUBLICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The controller may publish the following personal data in the channels under its control: names, images, email addresses.

4. INFORMATION ON PUBLICATION
The controller is not obliged to notify the individual when personal data is published.

5. INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA
Individuals have the right to be informed of the personal data that the controller processes about them and how those data are processed. The person must make a signed request to the controller to obtain this information.

6. RECTIFICATION AND ERASURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Individuals have the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data that the controller processes about them. Individuals must make a signed request to the data controller to have their personal data rectified or erased. We will delete your personal data provided that the information does not need to be kept for valid business purposes or for legal reasons.

We aim to keep our services in such a state that information is not destroyed accidentally or by malicious processes. Therefore, when you delete information on our services, it may take a while for copies of the deleted information to disappear from our active servers. In addition, the information may remain in our backup systems.

7. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Individuals have the right to withdraw their consent under this Agreement at any time. The individual must make a signed request to withdraw consent under this Agreement. Once consent has been withdrawn, this Agreement ceases to apply.

8. COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Individuals have the opportunity to submit complaints regarding the controller to the supervisory authority (the Swedish Data Protection Authority) regarding personal data processing.

9. OTHER

This consent agreement can be printed and filed.
